AnyDesk Add-ons

• Extra simultaneous connections/sessions: For the Standard and Advanced packages, the number of simultaneous connections can be expanded (up to 20 for Standard, and up to 50 for Advanced)
• Remote work user: The remote work add-on can be applied for the Standard and Advanced packages if employees want to access their company computers from home. This access is limited and does not match the "Extra simultaneous connections," because it only connects to a specific computer.

Which AnyDesk should I choose?

• AnyDesk Solo: ideal for sole proprietors and small companies where typically 1 connection/session is sufficient; e.g., remote work (accessing company PC from home, accessing home PC during travel), or freelancers providing technical support to clients. Important! Only 1 subscription per company can be ordered!
• AnyDesk Standard: By default, 1 concurrent/simultaneous connection/session can be started; the number of connections can be expanded by up to 19 more (see AnyDesk add-ons). If more simultaneous connections are typically needed, multiple admins can provide support at the same time by expanding the number of concurrent connections.
• AnyDesk Advanced: By default, 2 concurrent/simultaneous connections/sessions can be started; the number of connections can be expanded by up to 48 more (see AnyDesk add-ons). This package is recommended if you may need more than 20 simultaneous connections.
• AnyDesk Ultimate: Minimum order quantity is 5 licenses and can be expanded with unlimited additional users. Offers maximum customization and high security requirements, integration — also available as an on-premises (self-hosted) edition where all data traffic remains within the company network. We provide a personalized offer based on your exact needs.
